They are unchanging and constantly evolving traces, like Vietnam itself. Much of Hanoi’s history is written on its walls. The marks left on the façades are magical imprints — traces of men and women, of nature and its elements: wind, fire, water, sun.

Fascinated by the city’s fast and constant transformation, Lolo Zazar captures these traces with a sharp and poetic eye.
